The Examined Life: A Philosophical Coaching Program

One year to explore your soul’s deepest questions, beliefs, and desires, so you can do what matters most to you.

Next cohort starts Sept. 18, 2025.

Registration opens July 7th.

It’s Time

You’ve done everything you were “supposed” to do. You got the job, the house, the kids.

But you have this quiet voice inside asking, “Is this all there is?”

Your soul is longing for something more.

You want to tell your story, to create change, to feel free—but you don’t know how. You’re stuck.

You find yourself wondering:

  • Who am I?

  • What do I really want?

  • How do I know?

  • What should I do?

The Examined Life philosophical coaching program is for you.

This is not self-help. This is a deep year-long philosophical inquiry into your deepest desires and beliefs so that you can do what matters most to you.

Learn to listen to your inner wisdom. Get clear on your dreams—both for yourself and for the world. Develop the courage and habits to follow them.

Share insights, navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and learn from a community of like-minded women.

You’re not broken—you’re becoming.

Everything you need is already inside of you. Let’s go find it.

Your 1-Year Journey

  • 🌿 1: Embracing Beginner’s Mind

Explore the systems that shape us, meet your wise self, and name the deeper yearning that brought you here.

  • 🌀2: Befriending the Body & Emotions

Learn to differentiate thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. Practice coming back to your somatic experience in difficult moments. Begin to understand your needs as sacred signals—not problems to fix but truths to honor.

  • 🧠 3: Understanding How You Know

Uncover how beliefs, biases, and attention shape your worldview. Learn to question assumptions and open up space for new, liberating perspectives.

  • 🪞 4: Meeting the Inner Parts

Get to know the voices within—the Judge, the inner child, and the true Self. Use tools from IFS, Byron Katie, and CBT to disentangle your worth from old stories and uncover the parts of you that want healing and care.

  • 🔥 5: Creating Your Own Values

Reclaim your agency as a meaning-maker. Articulate your deepest values—not inherited or imposed, but chosen. Anchor your purpose in these values and begin to imagine a life built on them.

  • 🧘‍♀️6: Reimagining the Self

Investigate identity as a story—fluid, interconnected, and evolving. Explore Buddhist philosophy and embodied practice to loosen the grip of ego and begin rewriting the narrative of who you are.

  • 🤝 7: Embracing Interdependence

Challenge the myth of individualism. Learn the power of mutual care, asking for help, and setting healthy boundaries. Discover how liberation is collective, not solitary.

  • 🌍 8: Caring Without Burning Out

Face the pain of the world without collapsing under it. Grieve in community with others. Practice discernment, compassion, and hope that endures. Learn how to care sustainably—and to act from grounded love rather than urgency or guilt.

  • 💸 9: Rethinking Money and Enoughness

Examine your relationship with money as a mirror for your sense of worth and security. Begin to reframe it as energy and connection, and redefine what “enough” means on your terms.

  • 🌠 10: Envisioning What’s Possible

Envision a future that feels meaningful, a path for getting there, and a plan for meeting the emotional obstacles along the way. This is where hope meets strategy—where you begin to believe in the life and world you’re creating.

  • ✨ 11: Living It Out (Action, Habits, and Purpose)

Align your life with your values. Learn how to make decisions that honor your mortality and purpose. Set goals, build habits, and practice living as the person you’ve become—every day, in small and sacred ways.

  • 🥁 12: Joining the Grand March

Celebrate what’s shifted, reflect on how you’ve grown, and name what you want to carry forward. Offer your insights to those just beginning the journey—passing the torch, sharing your truth, and stepping into a legacy of interconnection, courage, and care.
